International: International Women's Day 2004: "Women and HIV/AIDS"

The theme of this years Internationam Women's Day is Women and HIV/AIDS. There will be a panel discussion moderated by Mr. Shashi Tharoor, Under-Secretary-General for Public Information, will take place from 10 am to 12 noon.
