nigeria: Anti-Graft Panel Gets $300m Foreign Aid

The Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) has received $300 million in foreign assistance to further its work, Chairman of the Commission, Justice Mustapha Adebayo Akanbi, has said.
