Following the killing of a number of policemen in Azuzuama Community in Bayelsa by armed militants, heavily armed soldiers have been deployed to the locality. According to press reports, houses of suspected militants responsible for the killings have been razed down by invading troops.

It’s two months after the March 4 2013 elections in Kenya. It’s about 69 days since the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (the IEBC) declared Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto duly elected president and deputy president respectively.
