South Africa: Refugee's death an 'embarrassment for SA'

South Africa's Human Rights Commission (HRC) is to launch an investigation into the death of a Zimbabwean refugee who died outside the home affairs offices on Friday, reportedly of starvation. Fellow refugees said the man, Adonis Musati, had spent the past two months sleeping on the pavement outside the department's Foreshore office in the hope of obtaining asylum documents.
