Many NGO’s, both large and small, face difficulties in replacing their directors. Typically it can take 6 months or more for larger organisations to recruit replacements for their outgoing directors.

FMA Consulting wishes to introduce you to its Executive Search and Recruitment Services. Using our network, experience and understanding of leadership requirements in the current NGO context, we will assist organisations to effectively and efficiently
run their recruitment processes and to find top candidates to fill their available positions.

FMA Consulting can either run the search process as part of a conventional recruitment, as an add-on or as a stand-alone service. This means that if an organisation is already running a recruitment process and find the pool of applicants inadequate, it can engage FMA to find high-level candidates to be added to its shortlist.

Our service could include any or all of the following:
· Definition of job specification
· Assistance with determining the package
· Arranging advertisements
· A search for potential candidates – local or national
· Acknowledgement of applications
· Interviews
· Skills and competency assessments
· Preparation of shortlists – with recommendations if required
· Communication with unsuccessful candidates
