WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T ATTEND
(1) Confirm your CANCELLATION to us in writing (letter or fax) before 24th
April 2001 and you receive a refund less 20% administrative charge upon
receipt
of this written cancellation. We regret that no refunds can be made for
cancellation received after 28th April 2001 and registered delegates who do
not attend will
still be liable for the full fee.
