The pan-African campaign to mobilise support for the ratification of the protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights on the rights of women in Africa has published a pamphlet based on the special issue of Pambazuka News 162 of 24 June 2004 entitled 'Unfinished business - African leaders must act now to ratify the protocol on the rights of women".
