A Greenstar Ambassador
14.05.2001
Greenstar is proud to announce the appointment of an outstanding Greenstar Ambassador -- Osei Darkwa is a Ghanaian who is helping Greenstar establish its first solar community center in Africa.
Osei has been involved with us for nearly a year, in various
capacities -- and next week, he's
headed back to Ghana to really dig into planning in Patriensah, a rural
village we have visited.
This is leading toward a planned festival and opening of solar power by
Greenstar in Ghana in late July.
I'd encourage you to read more about Osei below, his work in bringing
Internet and education
resources to Africa.
And send him a short note of welcome, if you can.
